realme GT Neo6 release - SD 8s Gen 3 SoC, 5500mAh battery and 120W charging from ~RM1377

realme has released its latest smartphone offering in China, the realme GT Neo6. Featuring some impressive specs for the price, read on to find out more about the device.

Under the hood, the GT Neo6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with either 12 or 16GB RAM and either 256GB, 512GB or 1TB storage. There’s also a massive 5500mAh battery which supports 120W SUPERVOOC charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.78-inch 120Hz OLED with a 2780 x 1264 pixels resolution, peak brightness of 1600 nits and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 32MP selfie shooter. At the rear, you’ll find the 50MP main camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide.

Other notable specs include an IP65 rating, Dolby Atmos dual speakers, WiFI 6, NFC, Android 14 via realme UI 5.0, Bluetooth 5.3 and colour options of either Purple, Silver or Grey. In China, the GT Neo6 starts at CNY2099 for 12/256GB and goes all the way to CNY2999 or ~RM1967 for the 16GB/1TB variant.
